Glorious Light

 I entered the realm of light in a bright flash and found myself on an endless plain of coruscating lights. The plain was vast and hurt the eyes to look on its shining brilliance. I walked through the lands of endless light and then I saw it appearing in the bright shine a glorious shining city. As I approached the city, I saw a collection of beings entering the city elves, winged angels and others. I also saw standing guard by the gates were winged beings like unto angels, but greater they shone with a glorious light. I joined the thronging crowds and managed to enter the shining city. The beings at the gates seemed to see me but did not stop my approach. The buildings of the city seemed to be made of shifting lights and were shaped elegantly. I was walking through the city when I saw a rainbow light coming from the center of the city.  

I made my way to the heart of the city following the throngs of being also heading to the center of the city and the rainbow lights. As we came to the center of the city, I saw him sitting on a shining throne from which the glimmering rainbow lights were coming. I knew with the clarity of light that the being on the throne was the Archon of Light. The Archon shifted and I came into the square at the heart of the city. I felt the Archons mind touch mine and, in a flash, I found myself back in my old world but now I wish to return to that realm of light.
